Directions:

Step 1: Pureed avocado (1 fruit). Honey (2 tablespoons)

Step 2: Mix these 2 together.

Step 3: Incubate your hair for 30 minutes with a warm towel or a hair incubation cap.

After cleanse your hair to remove stains, you begin to apply the mixture to the body and ends of the hair, gently massage for about 2 minutes for the nutrients to evenly be absorbed into each hair. Then rinse with lukewarm water, wash your hair again with shampoo and cold water.

Use regularly twice a week.
